The cottage was perfect and equipped with everything we needed. Lots of local information which was exceedingly helpful for our stay. Kids worked their way through the bookshelf. We spotted red deer, sea eagles  and we left out some sweet meats for the pine marten, which were eaten but we never caught them in the act. A wonderful holiday where we immersed ourselves in the local environment and the most beautiful country in the world.

What a beautiful cottage. Very well equipped and in a wonderful location allowing easy travel to a number of places enabling visitors to thoroughly explore this fabulous part of Scotland. We travelled around the area and every twist and turn in the road brought yet another beautiful sight. Sadly the red squirrel was elusive to us but we got a visit from the Pine Marten!
We have had a wonderful holiday and feel sure we will be back.

Our first impression what a great cottage in a stunning location – beautiful views from all windows and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The resident deer payed us a visit most day, we were lucky to see a mother and her baby right by the fence at the bottom of the garden.

What a lovely cottage – so well stocked, clean and comfortable. An enjoyable week (our second time in Ardnamurchan), though with mixed weather a bit – that didn’t stop us walking and climbing Ben Hiant and driving round the beautiful countryside. No pine martens but good sightings of sea eagles

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay, well equipped, comfortable and beautiful views! Despite the weather forecast predicting rain all week we managed to have some sunshine every day! Overall we had a great holiday – Thank You Ps lots of deer seen from the cottage, a fox seen but no red squirrels!

We had a lovely week here. The cottage was warm, very clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.  Woodside is a perfect launching base for walks and bike rides. We loved our holiday at Woodside – sitting on the decking watching the deer or sitting in the lounge reading but with the views across the moors (glad to have good reading lights to read by!)

Wonderful couple of days in the lovely Woodside cottage. Enjoyed watching the deer and heron every morning. Our children loved the burn along the back of the cottage and paddled in there for hours! Had a beautiful drive to Ardnamurchan Visitor Centre, stopping along the way to skim stones in the loch. Thank you for the stay in your cottage we found it comfortable, cosy and very well equipped – we will certainly be back soon 

Thank you for the stay in your lovely cottage. We found it warm and cosy and very well equipped. Enjoyed watching the red squirrels in the wood at breakfast time. Had a great time around Ardnamurchan, also went to Mull for the day and a treat to see a pod of dolphins on the ferry over. Also seen golden eagles, white tail eagle, otters and red deer. Plenty of walking too as weather was good.
